Welcome to Wylio. These Terms & Conditions govern your access and use of our services, including our website https://wylio.in/ and all related software and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using Wylio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using Wylio:

  • You confirm that you have read and understood these Terms

  • You agree to be legally bound by them

  • You are at least 18 years old or using the platform under supervision


3. SERVICES OVERVIEW

Wylio is a WhatsApp CRM and automation platform that enables businesses to:

  • Manage customer conversations

  • Send WhatsApp campaigns

  • Automate workflows

  • Use WhatsApp Business APIs

Wylio acts as a technology provider and does not own or control user communication data.


4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

By using Wylio, you agree to:

  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes

  • Comply with WhatsApp (Meta) policies

  • Obtain proper consent before messaging users

  • Not send spam, abusive, or illegal content

You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account.


5. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

  • You must provide accurate information

  • You are responsible for account security

  • You must not share login credentials

Wylio may suspend accounts for suspicious or unauthorized activity.


6. PRICING & PAYMENTS

Wylio operates on a Freemium + Subscription model.

Free Plan (Freemium)

Wylio offers a free plan with no expiry, allowing users to access basic features and run WhatsApp campaigns.

Under the free plan:

  • Users pay Meta’s official WhatsApp conversation charges, and

  • An additional ₹0.10 per message is charged by Wylio as a platform fee

This allows users to use the platform without any fixed subscription cost while paying only for usage.


Paid Subscription Plans

Wylio offers optional paid plans that provide access to advanced features and benefits.

Under paid plans:

  • Users pay only Meta’s official WhatsApp conversation charges

  • No additional per-message platform fee is charged by Wylio

This means upgrading to a paid plan eliminates the additional ₹0.10 per message fee and provides a more cost-efficient experience for high-volume users only meta charges applies.


General Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in advance

  • Prices may be updated at any time

  • Users are responsible for all applicable taxes and third-party charges

  • Subscription payments are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled

All payments are non-refundable, except as stated in the Refund Policy.


7. CANCELLATION

  • Users may cancel subscriptions anytime

  • Cancellation applies at the end of billing cycle

  • No refunds for unused periods


8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may NOT:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages

  • Violate WhatsApp/Meta policies

  • Use the platform for illegal activities

  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or misuse the system

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.


9. WHATSAPP & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Wylio integrates with WhatsApp Business APIs (Meta).

  • Wylio is not affiliated with Meta or WhatsApp

  • Message delivery depends on Meta systems

  • Users must comply with Meta policies

We are not responsible for:

  • Message delivery failures

  • Account bans by WhatsApp

  • Third-party service issues


10. USER DATA & CONTENT

  • You retain ownership of your data

  • You grant Wylio permission to process data to provide services

We do NOT use your data for unauthorized purposes.


11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All platform content (software, branding, design) belongs to Wylio.

You may not:

  • Copy

  • Resell

  • Modify

  • Reverse engineer

without written permission.


12. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability

  • Error-free operation

Maintenance or downtime may occur.


13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Wylio shall NOT be liable for:

  • Loss of profits

  • Data loss

  • Business interruption

  • Indirect or consequential damages


14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Wylio harmless from:

  • Claims

  • Losses

  • Legal expenses

arising from your misuse of the platform.


15. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate accounts:

  • For policy violations

  • For legal compliance

  • At our discretion

Access will be revoked immediately upon termination.


16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in:
