Wylio Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness while protecting both Wylio and its users. By using Wylio services, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Free Plan (No Expiry)

Wylio offers a free plan with no expiration, allowing users to:

  • Create and manage WhatsApp message templates

  • Run campaigns using WhatsApp Business APIs

  • Access basic platform functionality

Users are only charged for actual usage.

Messaging Charges:

  • Users pay Meta’s official WhatsApp conversation charges, and

  • An additional ₹0.10 per message is charged by Wylio as a platform fee

Since users can fully explore the platform without any upfront payment, no trial-based refunds are applicable.


2. Subscription Services

Wylio may offer paid plans or add-ons for advanced features. Once a user subscribes:

  • All payments are non-refundable

  • Users are encouraged to evaluate the platform using the free plan before upgrading

  • Subscriptions can be canceled anytime to prevent future billing


3. Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of digital infrastructure and third-party API costs, the following are non-refundable:

  • Subscription plan charges (monthly or yearly)

  • WhatsApp messaging or conversation charges (including Meta fees + Wylio platform fee)

  • Add-ons such as automation tools, flow builders, or integrations

  • One-time setup, onboarding, or custom development services


4. Technical Issues

If a user experiences continuous technical issues that prevent effective use of the platform:

  • The issue must be reported to Wylio support

  • The issue must be verified by our technical team

If confirmed, Wylio may, at its discretion:

  • Provide a partial refund, or

  • Offer service credits or subscription extensions


5. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Charges

If a user believes a charge was made without authorization:

  • They must contact us immediately at team@wylio.in

  • Wylio will investigate the issue

If verified, a full refund will be issued


6. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription at any time:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle

  • No refunds will be provided for unused time

  • Access remains active until the billing period ends


7. Refund Requests

Refunds (where applicable) must be requested by emailing:
