Data Deletion Instructions

At Wylio, we respect your privacy and provide you with full control over your data.

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can request data deletion using the following methods:

1. Log in to your Wylio account and navigate to:
Settings → Account → Delete Account

2. Send an email request to: support@wylio.in
Subject: Data Deletion Request

Upon receiving your request, we will delete the following data:

– User account information
– Connected WhatsApp Business account data
– Contact lists and uploaded data
– Campaign data and message history
– Any stored personal data associated with your account

Data Retention:

Some data may be retained if required for legal, tax, or regulatory compliance.

Processing Time:

Data deletion requests are processed within 3–7 business days.

Important:

Once your data is deleted, this action cannot be reversed.

If you have used Facebook Login to access Wylio, you can also request data deletion through your Facebook account settings.
